We appreciate your visit to our website and online store. We have completed over 800 successful orders since our new website went online in the fall of 2009. Below you will find information about placing an order.

Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. The cost of shipping depends on the country you want us to ship the order to. Shipping estimates are available in the shopping cart and during checkout.

Orders placed on monday thru friday before 5 p.m. central European time will usually ship the same day. If anything happens that affects the time of shipping of your order we will notify you.

Payments & Security

We accept payments made with VISA or Mastercard, and if you have a Dutch bank account you may also use the iDeal system. The payment operator is called Ogone. Ogone secures your private information using a VeriSign SSL Certificate which means that you may verify the security of their system at all times by clicking here.

If there is a problem with your payment you will be notified by us, and, if you experience problems please inform us too.

We respect your privacy and will never share your personal information with anyone. You will receive the newsletter only if you sign up for it. You can always unsubscribe from the mailings.

Prices

All the prices displayed in the Channel shop are in Euro's and include VAT. You can also select your currency if you do not prefer to view the prices in Euros.
