I think Brahms' two piano concertos are amazingly under-represented on SACD, considering their importance, so those two please, with Dejan Lazic and BFO.

Podger in Tartini or Locatelli concertos, or in rare Vivaldi violin concertos (op7, op12, or late concertos)

Concerto for Violin and Orchestra "Aufgang." Holland Baroque + wood winds! horns and a percussion section using a bow! I saw and heard it live! Great stuff. The real question is who plays the violin? I heard Renaud Capucon. Philippens? Seems like it might be up her alley.

Completely upstaged Beethoven's 6th as far as I am concerned.

Don't have a clue what to pair it with for a SACD release, but perhaps it's half a SACD as a download only and release as physical product later when you can pair it with something else unusual.
