Good to hear you appreciate the concept. And we celebrate the musicianship too. Here is a recent review from American Record Guide where they also elaborate on that. Too bad they misspell Wim's name as "van Hassett" :)

First let me recommend you read the review on sa-cd.net--- http://www.sa-cd.net/showtitle/7646 It does a far better job of describing the music on this set that I'm likely to.

I just want to say that repeated listening has made me really appreciate the fine musicianship involved, and the interesting concept of the program. The samples are a bit short on this site, and perhaps it's not everyone's cup of tea--- but I am really enjoying it. The recording puts you right there inside that church.
