Total Time Two: Channel Classic celebrates its second decade!

On May 24th 2010 the entire Frits Philips Concerthall in Eindhoven, Holland will be the venue to celebrate 20th anniversary of Channel Classic Records in style. Workshops, masterclasses, a kids concert, listening sessions, a Channel Classics documentary and much more... a total aural and visual musical experience from afternoon till late evening.

10 years ago when we celebrated our first Total Time in Utrechts Vredenburg Concerthall, many of Channel's top selling artists were with us and now, an even larger contingent will be joining us for some unexpected combinations and musical surprises. Iván Fischer, Johannette Zomer, The Gents, Paolo Giacometti, Bart Schneemann, Holland Baroque Society, Amsterdam Sinfonietta, Rachel Podger, Florilegium, Amsterdam Loeki Stardust Quartet, Jasper de Waal, The Ebony Band, The Nederlandse Bach Society, The Katona Twins, Ning Feng, Dejan Lazic... they'll all be there !
Channels first CD was released in May 1990. Since those early days, hundreds of new recordings have followed with current distribution extending to 40 countries. For those regular visitors to our popular website we're going to try, via " live audio streaming" (fingers crossed !), to let  web visitors enjoy the days events from their own computers.

Well known classical music radio personality Hans van den Boom will be your host for this festive event. The definitive program  will be posted on our website as soon as the last details are completed.

For Ticketing please call with the Philips Hall in Eindhoven +31 40  244 2020 or send an e-mail to bespreekbureau@philipshall.nl

Warmest musical greetings,
